The foundation board of the Swiss Private School Register is made up of the following members:

• Norbert Foerster, representative for Swiss Federation of Private Schools
• Dieter Kläy, representative for Union suisse des arts et métiers USAM
• Olivier Rau, representative for Centre Patronal
• Inès Kreuzer, representative for Fédération des Entreprises Romandes
• Roger Wehrli, representative for economiesuisse

The foundation board is responsible for the administration and management of the Register. The board has the authority of all that which is not explicitly assigned to another body in the foundation’s charter and the rules of procedure.
